Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Inside Sales Executive, Assay to drive lab diagnostic sales remotely from a home office covering the Northeast U.S. You will manage a sales territory, execute CRM processes, and close business while meeting quotas in a healthcare equipment environment.

You will develop strategic account plans, build long-term relationships, forecast sales, and present tailored solutions to customers based on clinical and financial needs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years’ healthcare equipment sales experience or sales equivalent.
• Demonstrated capacity to sell in complex environments and meet high quotas.
• Experience carrying large quotas and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Must have experience working with sales quotas and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieves objectives for assigned territory and penetrates accounts.
• Guides the development and execution of strategic account plans to achieve goals and budgets.
• Develops, builds and cultivates long-term relationships within the customer organization and Siemens sales teams.
• Assists management in devising sales plans and forecasts.
• Leads territory reviews and updates on market conditions and competition.
• Delivers customized presentations to customers based on clinical, operational, and financial needs.
• Collects and shares competitive information to improve market strategies.
• Monitors and grows market share while maintaining profitability.
