Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Inside Sales Executive for Assay in the Northeast region. This remote role focuses on driving sales across modalities of Lab Diagnostic assays and devices, managing an assigned territory, and closing business through CRM-driven activity.

The candidate will build relationships across customer organizations, develop forecasts, and deliver tailored presentations to meet clinical and financial needs while collaborating with field sales. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare equipment sales experience or equivalent.
• Experience selling in complex environments and carrying large quotas.
• Experience with quotas, forecasting, and achieving sales goals.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas for the assigned Northeast territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to reach business goals.
• Build long-term relationships with customer organizations and Siemens field teams.
• Create customized presentations addressing clinical, operational, and financial needs.
• Share competitive insights to inform market strategies and win plans.
• Monitor market share and maintain profitability within guidelines.
