Concentrix is seeking a remote Inside Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences from home. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, ask targeted questions, and guide customers toward suitable products and services, building lasting relationships along the way.

You're expected to work independently in a quiet home office, demonstrate strong multitasking and quick learning, and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services, soliciting, telemarketing, etc.).
• Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills.
• Open availability.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• A desktop or laptop for testing; work computer may be provided.
• High-speed internet and a smartphone.
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
• Ask probing questions and persuade customers to consider additional products or services.
• Build client relationships and retain customers through effective communication.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with every interaction.
