Qualifications

• Experience in lead qualification, telemarketing or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
