Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials seeks a Partner Inside Sales Representative to drive outbound sales with a consultative approach. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, with a heavy emphasis on phone-based outreach and collaboration across teams.

This is a fully remote role within the United States. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, achieving quotas and expanding Lakeshore’s presence in the EC and K–5 education sector.

Qualifications

• Experience making high volume outbound sales calls in Inside/Outside Sales roles.
• Preferred experience in EC and K–5 education sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales to drive outreach and market penetration.
• Build strong relationships with key customers via virtual meetings and calls.
• Meet or exceed activity and sales quotas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools and childcare centers.
• Conduct virtual product presentations of Lakeshore services.
• Support national campaigns with other sales teams.
• Participate in weekly team strategy meetings.
