Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Partner Inside Sales Representative to drive new business and maintain strong relationships with educators. This role is fully remote within the United States, focusing on high-volume outreach, quota attainment, and collaboration with the Outside Sales team.

You will engage with teachers and administrators, host virtual presentations, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives while working from home.

Qualifications

• Experience making high-volume outbound sales calls in Inside/Outside Sales.
• Strong track record in EC and K–5 education sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working from home.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales to drive site-based outreach and market penetration.
• Build strong internal and cross-functional partnerships.
• Secure new and repeat business via virtual appointments and outbound calls.
• Meet or exceed activity targets regularly.
• Partner with schools and childcare centers to assess needs.
• Host virtual product presentations and services introductions.
• Research local, state and national education funding trends.
• Support sales strategies with leadership.
• Coordinate with outside sales, retail and professional services teams.
• Identify and nurture sales leads across the team.
