Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a motivated Customer Operations team member to take care of customers across auto and home policies. You will handle inbound calls, learn the product deeply, and help customers find the right coverage while removing roadblocks.

You may work in sales or service paths; the interview will determine the exact track. Competitive hourly pay with commissions, equity, and flexible scheduling in a fully remote role. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers. Catch the thing the customer didn't know to ask about (coverage gaps, discounts, renewals).
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders who need changes.
• Getting deep on the product with a large panel of insurers; know which fits which customer and navigate the app.
• Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests — vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Making the product better by sharing feedback and seeing it implemented.
