Jerry.ai is a remote-first employer seeking Customer Operations team members to help customers manage auto and home insurance with warmth and speed. Roles split between sales and service, with a strong emphasis on customer care and product knowledge.

Two paths exist (sales and service); you will learn which path suits you during interview. Compensation includes equity, commissions, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and identifying needs beyond what’s asked, such as coverage gaps or applicable discounts.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Get deep on the product with a large panel of insurance partners and navigate the app effectively.
• Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests—vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Contribute feedback to help make the product better and ship improvements.
