Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring for a role in the Customer Operations team. You will handle inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and assist with service requests and policy changes. The work spans sales and service with a focus on guiding customers to the right coverage using a broad panel of insurers.

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. This is a fully remote role with competitive pay, equity options, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to listen closely and understand customer needs beyond the explicit question.
• Willingness to learn about auto and home insurance products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Assist policyholders with changes and service requests (vehicles, drivers, lienholders, documents).
• Navigate multiple insurance providers in the app to match customers with the right policy.
• Identify and remove barriers to getting customers the right coverage.
• Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and product flow.
