Jerry.ai is hiring for a Customer Operations team member to take care of customers across auto, home, and other policies. The role blends sales and service paths, with a focus on understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers; catching issues the customer didn’t know to ask about.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Getting deep on the product with a large panel of insurance companies; knowing which fits which customer.
• Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests— vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Making the product better by sharing feedback that ships.
