Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Know which insurance company fits which customer; navigate the app confidently.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers; anticipate needs beyond the question asked.
• Answer inbound calls from policyholders needing changes.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Help customers navigate the app to select the right coverage and options.
