Job summary

North, a leading payments company, is hiring Remote Inside Sales Reps to turn cold leads into sales and grow our merchant portfolio. You’ll work with leads, conduct market research, and close deals using proven techniques.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year outbound sales experience, familiarity with payment processing, and the drive to meet quotas. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and remote work from the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience.
• Experience selling payment processing or similar FinTech product/service.
• Experience with high volume cold calling.
• Bachelor Degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through self-sourcing and self-prospecting techniques.
• Proactively engage potential clients through extensive cold-calling to drive pipeline growth.
• Use effective sales closing techniques to convert prospects into customers.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners through outreach and relationship development.
