North is building the North Direct Field Sales team to bring our SaaS payments platform to local merchants. As a Sales Professional you’ll prospect, demo, and close deals with restaurants and retailers, working from home with a flexible schedule that lets you own your calendar.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license.
• Charisma that could charm the socks off anyone with strong communication.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup vibe and can pivot quickly.
• Self-starter who can own a sales cycle and territory.
• Cold-calling and local canvassing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of restaurants is a plus for local merchant focus.
• Sales experience preferred, especially close-driven roles.
• This is a remote field sales role, but you must live in the area.

Responsibilities

• Build your local prospect base and guide them through the full sales cycle.
• Forge partnerships with local POS dealers, designers, and business networks.
• Perform demos so prospects feel like front-row guests at a pitch show.
• Collaborate with North teams to convert promises into results.
• Use Salesforce to manage all sales activities with precision.
• Learn the competitive landscape and position North effectively.
