Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is hiring a Partner Inside Sales Representative. This fully remote, US-based role focuses on building relationships with educators and driving new and recurring business.

You will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, present proprietary services, and collaborate with multiple teams to meet quotas and daily activity goals. The position offers an hourly base with an uncapped commission structure and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience making high-volume outbound sales calls.
• Strong track record of sales success in the EC and K–5 education sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Outside Sales team to drive site-based customer outreach and key market penetration.
• Organized, forwarding thinking with strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Securing new and repeat business by building relationships via virtual appointments and outbound calls.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding activity requirements.
• Partnering with schools and childcare centers to assess needs and opportunities.
• Hosting virtual product presentations for services (Complete Classrooms, professional development, etc.).
• Gathering information on local, state, and national education trends and funding opportunities.
• Working with leadership to shape sales strategies.
• Collaborating with outside sales, retail and professional services to support educators.
• Identifying sales leads and supporting the market with the sales force.
• Participating in weekly team meetings to discuss initiatives and strategies.
• Assisting on special projects and national/state campaigns.
