Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for an Inside Sales role offering country-wide remote work. The position emphasizes outbound calling to pharmacy partners, maintaining Salesforce notes, and meeting monthly lead goals in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include building Salesforce reports, assisting pharmacists with Medicare Part B processes, and tracking leads. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with 0–2 years of experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume outbound calling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Hands-on using Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 outreach calls a day to pharmacy partners discussing ADS partnership and Medicare processes.
• Notate contents of calls in Salesforce, marking progress as successful, failed, or follow up.
• Track and report on leads from pharmacy stores outreach on a weekly basis (monthly reports).
• Build reports using Salesforce to identify opportunity and growth areas.
• Assist pharmacists with questions on processing scripts, patient order progress, and Medicare Part B guidelines via fax, email, or phone.
• Meet monthly lead goals.
