Munters is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support parts, service, and maintenance contract business. You will engage customers nationwide, prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and identify opportunities to upsell products and services.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, managing multiple priorities, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced team environment. 100% remote-based from home with potential occasional training-related travel.

Competenze

• Minimum two years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn CRM, quoting, and business systems (Astea, Glovia).

Mansioni

• Prepare quotes for replacement parts, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and renewals.
• Follow up with customers on open proposals and sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to provide spare parts and services.
• Close sales and coordinate payment processing.
• Maintain accurate customer information and track sales activity.
