Munters seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support parts, service, and maintenance contract sales with customers across the country. You will prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and identify opportunities to offer additional products and services.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and customer-focused phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for replacement parts, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and renewals.
• Follow up with customers on open proposals and sales opportunities.
• Use our customer database to identify opportunities for spare parts and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Close sales opportunities and coordinate payment processing.
• Work toward established monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Track quotes and sales activity for monthly reporting.
• Develop a strong understanding of Munters products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support special projects and team initiatives as needed.
