Job summary

Munters is seeking an Inside Sales - Parts and Contract Specialist to support parts, service, and maintenance contracts from a home-based position. You’ll prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and identify opportunities while building strong customer relationships nationwide.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in sales or customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional phone etiquette and customer focus.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotes for replacement parts, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and renewals.
Follow up with customers on open proposals and sales opportunities.
Use customer database to identify opportunities for spare parts and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Close sales opportunities and coordinate payment processing.
Work toward established monthly sales goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Track quotes and sales activity for monthly reporting.
Develop understanding of Munters products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Support special projects and team initiatives as needed.
