Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Inside Sales representative to drive outbound calls with pharmacy partners and manage the pipeline in Salesforce. You will document call outcomes, track leads, and report progress weekly, while meeting monthly lead goals.

The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, basic CRM usage, and collaboration with pharmacists to resolve questions on orders and Medicare guidelines. This is a remote, full-time position with nationwide scope.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume outbound calling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Hands-on using Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 outreach calls a day to pharmacy partners about ADS partnership and Medicare processes.
• Notate call contents in Salesforce and mark progress as successful, failed, or follow up.
• Track and report leads from outreach on a weekly basis and monthly reports.
• Build reports using Salesforce to identify opportunities and growth.
• Assist pharmacists with questions on processing scripts and Medicare Part B guidelines.
