• Responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and generating inside selling activity, maintaining customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and increasing market share.
• Works strategically with customers and/or strategic partners within a defined account assignment or territory.
• Manages the performance of individual contributors and the overall team, and grows and develops talent within the organization.
• Assigns responsibilities, provides direction, leadership, and coaching, removes barriers as needed to enable direct reports to execute their roles and achieve objectives and goals.
• Creates a working environment conducive to growth, high performance, and inclusive HR goals.
