Job summary

Point is seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Arizona to lead a distributed team of Account Managers and Sales Reps, driving top-of-funnel activities and sales performance through coaching, training, and onboarding.

You will hire and onboard new Account Managers, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and implement strategic sales programs to grow the business while ensuring compliance and effective caller campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a mortgage broker, or equivalent lending experience in the last five years.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, focusing on performance management for telephonic or inside sales teams.
• Experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, or HELOC industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading complex operational or strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Team Support: review calendars, ensure sales coverage, work with reps to handle homeowner scenarios, resolve complaints.
• Performance Management: set monthly goals, review reports and calls, coach underperformers, conduct 1:1s and team meetings.
• Hiring & Onboarding: interview and hire new Account Managers, onboard new reps.
• Cross‑Functional Support: meet with partners regularly to support sales initiatives, align on processes.
• Develop and implement call campaigns, establish call volumes, scripts and SLAs; continuously improve sales processes for better customer experience.
