Job summary

Janitza North America is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and coach a small team while actively selling to drive revenue. This working manager role balances hands-on account activity with people leadership, reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

You''ll enable reps with structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, clear expectations, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Operations, and Outside Sales to ensure predictable results and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and coaching inside sales teams.
• Ability to manage pipeline, forecast results, and hit targets.
• Technical sales experience in electrical or data center equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and ramp inside sales reps while modeling effective selling behaviors.
• Provide ongoing coaching through call reviews, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections.
• Set clear performance expectations and progression pathways for the team.
• Address performance issues promptly and develop improvement plans.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Set team goals and manage a personal book of business while ensuring pipeline health.
