Premise One LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a collaborative sales team focused on support, relationship management, and direct revenue generation.

The role partners with outside sales, estimating, engineering, purchasing, and project management to deliver outstanding customer experiences, manage accounts, and drive growth through proactive outreach and strategic follow-up.

Formación

• 2–4 years of inside sales, account management, sales support, or related experience preferred.
• Experience within physical security, low-voltage integration, IT, or technology sales strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturer pricing, distribution channels, quotations, and software licensing is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and follow sales opportunities through completion.

Responsabilidades

• Support outside sales representatives and key account managers with daily sales activities.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, pricing requests, and product availability questions.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, and customer-facing sales documentation.
• Assist with RFQs, RFPs, and other customer purchasing requirements.
• Coordinate with estimating and engineering on projects requiring technical design or installation labor.
• Provide regular updates on customer requests, pending quotations, and open opportunities.
• Help identify and resolve issues that could delay a customer purchase or project award.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue performance goals.
