Qualifications

• Proven phone sales experience in inside sales, call center, B2C, or a similar environment.
• Experience coaching, training, or developing sales professionals.
• Comfortable reviewing calls and providing direct, actionable feedback.
• Able to hold people accountable without losing the relationship.
