Qualificações

• Experience with outbound sales calls and agency outreach.
• Ability to read company reports and build action plans from data.
• Strong time management and self-motivation to meet quotas.
• Flexible, self-starter with basic PC skills (Word/Excel/PP).

Responsabilidades

• Guide, direct and manage agents to achieve sales quotas.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to grow agency production.
• Lead training sessions to ensure product guideline adoption.
• Partner with field Sales Executives to manage agency relationships.
• Attend strategy meetings with Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits as needed.
• Participate in industry conventions and agency events.
• Interpret data from company reports to drive actions.
