Kemper Auto, a national provider of car insurance for high-risk markets, seeks an Inside Sales Executive to grow quotes and written premium through outbound calls and agency engagement. You will work with agencies in the Miami/Orlando/Tampa market and collaborate with field teams to meet sales quotas and objectives.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish).
• Ability to interpret data from company reports and build action plans.
• Effective communication skills and public speaking ability.
• Must be a motivated self-starter and time-efficient.
• Basic PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong agency relationships.
• Guide, direct and manage agents to achieve quotas.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Act as company representative between agency and company personnel.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to achieve goals.
• Drive new agency appointments through onboarding.
• Lead training sessions to ensure product knowledge.
• Manage agency relationships toward quote adoption and production.
• Participate in strategy and tactical meetings with field partners.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits.
