Job summary

CCS Medical, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to promote the diabetes product line to primary care offices. Role involves telemarketing, occasional in-person visits, and managing a regional book of business.

You will travel within your region to visit accounts, build relationships with PCP offices, and drive new patient referrals while meeting sales targets. Reports to Regional Sales Manager, with flexible location and healthcare industry benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred with 2+ years customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to learn specialty products and sell based on profitability.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and closing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, networks, provides customer service support and sells CCS Medical services to PCP offices.
• Meets and exceeds targets for sourcing and converting new referring PCP offices.
• Meets and exceeds new patient referral targets and sign-on goals, sales activity productivity goals.
• Manages and facilitates paperwork for new and existing patients for the diabetes product line.
• M akes daily cold calls and maintains referral sources within the assigned region.
• Identify key contacts and provide action plans for follow-up and progression.
• Provide prospective referral sources with marketing materials to convert them to CCS referral sources.
• Travel up to 75% of time in region and attend trade shows as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to regulations.
• Maintains regular attendance and flexibility to meet department needs.
• Follows Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations.
• Abides by policies and standards.
