CCS Medical, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to promote our diabetes products to Primary Care Physician offices. The role involves telemarketing, occasional in-person visits, and maintaining an established regional book of business.

The successful candidate will travel within the assigned region, support Regional Trade Shows, and meet patient referral targets while following HIPAA and insurance regulations. A strong sales mindset and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred with 2+ years customer service experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage the region effectively.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, networks, provides customer service support and sells CCS Medical services to PCP offices.
• Meets and exceeds established goals around sourcing and converting new referring PCP offices.
• Meets and exceeds new patient referral targets and sign-on goals, sales activity productivity goals.
• Manages paperwork for new and existing patients associated with the diabetes product line, including insulin pump shipments.
• Daily cold calls and maintenance calls to referral sources within the region, identifying leads via internal data sources.
