CCS Medical, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to promote diabetes products and services to primary care offices.

The role involves telemarketing and periodic in-person visits to generate new patient referrals within the assigned region. The ideal candidate has an Associates Degree (AA) with 2+ years of customer service experience and proven ability to meet sales targets, with strong communication skills and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (AA) preferred with 2+ years customer service experience (prefer a minimum of 1 year prior sales or telemarketing call center experience) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage the region effectively.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to learn the basics of specialty products and how to sell based on profitability.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including the ability to close deals and handle objections.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, networks, provides customer service support and sells the services of CCS Medical to Primary Care Physician (PCP) Offices.
• Meets and exceeds established goals around sourcing and converting new referring PCP offices to the Company.
• Meets and exceeds new patient referral targets and sales activity targets.
• Manages paperwork for new and existing patients related to the diabetes product line, including insulin pump orders and supplies.
• Makes daily cold calls and maintenance calls to referral sources within the region and identifies leads from internal data sources.
