Job summary

CCS Medical, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to promote our diabetes products and services to primary care offices. The role combines telemarketing with periodic in-person visits to gain referrals, while maintaining a defined regional book of business.

Travel within the assigned region is expected to support accounts and manufacturer partner events. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and leverage CRM tools and MS Office to drive patient referrals and service

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred with 2+ years customer service or sales/telemarketing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage the region.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, networks, provides customer service support and sells CCS Medical services to PCP offices.
• Meets and exceeds referrals and sales targets; maintains an established book of business.
• Manage paperwork for new and existing patients for the diabetes product line, including insulin pump and CGM shipments.
• Daily cold calls and proactive outreach to referral sources within the region; identify leads and partners.
