Job summary

CCS is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to sell and promote our diabetes line to PCP offices. Primary outreach is telemarketing with periodic in-person visits to gain patient referrals and maintain an established book of business in the region.

The successful candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager, with a flexible location and travel 75% in the field and 25% in the region visiting offices and manufacturer reps.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred with 2+ years customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage the region.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to learn specialty products and sell based on profitability.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, networks, provides customer service, and sells CCS Medical services to PCP offices.
• Meets and exceeds targets for sourcing, new referrals, and sign-on goals.
• Manage paperwork for new and existing patients related to diabetes products.
• Make daily calls, identify leads, and travel within the region to accounts and shows.
