Job summary

CCS Medical, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to promote our diabetes product line to primary care offices. The role combines telemarketing with periodic in-person visits to generate referrals and maintain an existing book of business within the assigned region.

The successful candidate will travel about 75% of the time, build strong PCP relationships, and meet aggressive sales targets while navigating Medicare/Medicaid and HIPAA requirements. Remote or hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent; 2+ years customer service or 1 year sales/telemarketing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to close deals and handle objections.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, network, provide customer service, and sell CCS Medical services to PCP offices.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and sign-on goals.
• Manage paperwork for new and existing patients for the diabetes product line.
• Daily cold calls and lead-generation within assigned region.
• Travel within region to visit accounts and manufacturer reps.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
