Job summary

CCS Medical is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive in Seattle to promote our diabetes line to PCP offices. The role centers on telemarketing with periodic in-person visits and requires building a productive referral network within the assigned region.

You will drive new patient referrals, manage accounts, and maintain strong relationships with providers, while traveling within the region to support shows and partners.

Qualifications

• AA degree preferred with 2+ years customer service experience or 1+ year sales/telemarketing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to learn basics of specialty products and sell based on profitability.
• Knowledge of sales principles, including closing deals and handling objections.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds goals for sourcing and converting new referring PCP offices.
• Meets and exceeds new patient referral targets and sales activity productivity.
• Manages paperwork for new and existing patients in the diabetes product line.
• Makes daily cold calls and maintenance calls to referral sources within the region.
• Identifies key contacts and provides an action plan for follow-up.
• Delivers marketing materials to convert referrals to CCS sources.
• Travels 75% in the field and 25% regionally to visits and partner events.
• Maintains confidentiality due to access to sensitive information.
• Maintains attendance and flexibility to meet department needs.
• Follows Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA and private insurance regulations.
• Abides by policies, procedures and standards.
