Job summary

CCS Medical is seeking an Inside Account Executive to drive sales of our diabetes product line to primary care offices in the Harrisburg, PA region. The role focuses on telemarketing and periodic in-person visits to expand referrals and patient onboarding.

The successful candidate will manage an established book of business, meet or exceed targets, and travel within the region to visit accounts and participate in trade shows. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred with 2+ years customer service or sales/telemarketing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage the region.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to learn the basics of specialty products and selling based on profitability.
• Solid understanding of sales principles, closing deals, and handling objections.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, networks, provides customer service support and sells CCS Medical services to PCP offices.
• Meets/exceeds goals for sourcing new referring PCP offices and patient referrals.
• Manages paperwork for new and existing patients related to diabetes products, including pumps.
• Performs daily cold calls and maintenance calls to referral sources within the region.
• Identifies key contacts and develops follow-up plans for account progression.
• Provides referral sources with marketing materials to convert them to CCS sources.
• Interacts off-site with offices, manufacturer partners, and attends trade shows as needed.
• Travel: field travel around 75%, regional visits and events.
