Job summary

CCS Medical is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive in Harrisburg, PA to promote the diabetes product line to primary care offices. The role includes telemarketing with periodic in-person visits and managing an existing regional book of business.

The successful candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager, travel up to 75% for meetings and events, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines while driving patient referrals.

Qualifications

• AA degree preferred with 2+ years in customer service or telemarketing.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Soure and convert new referring PCPs via telemarketing and visits.
• Maintain and grow an established book of business in region.
• Process paperwork for new/existing patients, including insulin pump shipments.
• Make daily cold and maintenance calls; identify leads and follow up.
• Travel within region; attend trade shows as needed.
