Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Territory Director - Inside Sales (EST) for a fully remote role, with a base salary range of $55k-$70k plus commission. The position will develop and manage a designated oncology-focused territory, educating prescribers about our products and coordinating care to meet service levels.

You will work with prescribers, hospital and community oncology teams, and collaborate with outside sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside or outside sales in health services-related industry preferred.
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required.
• Excellent probing and consultative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, rank, prospect and develop key oncology practice and hospital-based relationships within the territory.
• Achieve designated call expectations with top targets, influencers and pipeline leads.
• Collaborate with field sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Provide education and product messaging to prescribers and coordinate care to ensure service levels.
