Job summary

Teacher Created Materials is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, inside sales consultant to join a remote team. You will drive sales of educational products to the PreK-12 market, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong district and school leader relationships from a home office.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of inside sales experience with an individual quota, excellent communication, and strong skills with Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3-year minimum inside sales experience with individual quota responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and digital presentation skills, including Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also maintaining a collaborative team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sell educational products to the PreK-12 market and manage the full sales cycle to meet or exceed quotas.
• Drive opportunities within assigned territory via cold calls, emails, webinars, and calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with district and school leaders to understand learning goals.
• Create outbound calling campaigns, virtual meetings, and product webinars to engage customers.
• Use Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and account activity.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasted opportunities; ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Travel occasionally to provide support or attend conferences and trainings.
