Job summary

BusRight is hiring an experienced remote Inside Sales Representative to focus on small school districts across the United States. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with Transportation Directors, and collaborate with a high-performing team to drive growth in a rapidly expanding company.

You should bring 3+ years of new business tech sales, proficiency with CRM/outreach tools, and a consultative selling approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of 'new business' technology sales experience with a track record of forecasting and closing net-new logos.
• Experience using CRM and outreach platforms to prioritize opportunities and personalize outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to sell consultatively with value.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business acquisition within assigned region and build a healthy pipeline.
• Lead daily outbound meetings and demo sessions, multi-thread with decision makers and champions.
• Accurately forecast results and maintain active pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
• Represent the company at events to support pipeline growth and brand presence.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine GTM approach.
