Job summary

Kemper is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound sales and agency relationships across the Miami/Orlando/Tampa market. This remote role focuses on high-volume calls, quoting, and premium growth while representing Kemper to a nationwide network of agents.

Responsibilities include managing quotas, collaborating with field teams, and onboarding new agencies. A college degree and insurance experience are preferred, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience highly preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish).
• Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans from insights.
• Effective communication skills and public speaking ability.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong agency relationships; guide and manage agents to reach quotas.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Act as liaison between agency and company personnel to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to achieve goals.
• Drive agency appointments and participate in onboarding and training.
• Lead strategy meetings with field Sales Executive partners and Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits; coordinate with field Sales partner.
