You will manage agency relationships, collaborate with field teams, and participate in training to ensure product adoption. Occasional travel and events support are required.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting weekly outbound sales calls to agencies.
• Ability to interpret data from company reports and build action plans.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales call goals to agencies.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to reach team goals.
• Lead training sessions to ensure agency familiarity with products and guidelines.
• Travel occasionally with field Sales partner to visit key relationships.
• Represent the company at insurance association events and trade shows.
