USA TODAY Co., Inc. (LocaliQ, powered by the USA TODAY Network) is hiring an Inside Sales Account Advisor for 100% remote work. You’ll own full-cycle sales—from prospecting to close—and sell digital and traditional marketing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

This high-activity role emphasizes outbound prospecting, Salesforce pipeline management, and autonomous work. Base salary $40k with uncapped commissions and an OTE of $70k–$80k, plus benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5+ years of B2B or high-activity sales experience.
• Strong outbound prospecting and client engagement skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calls and virtual meetings.
• Coachable with willingness to learn and improve.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.
• Interest in digital marketing helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business and grow accounts through outbound calls and prospecting.
• Conduct virtual meetings to uncover business needs.
• Build and manage a Salesforce-based sales pipeline.
• Prospect for new business and grow existing accounts.
• Recommend and sell bundled marketing solutions.
• Present across SEM, SEO, Social, YouTube, OTT/CTV, Display, Websites.
• Manage opportunities through the sales process toward revenue goals.
• Maintain CRM activity and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams on assets and campaign setup.
