LocaliQ, powered by the USA TODAY Network, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Recruitment Specialist to help businesses nationwide find and hire the right talent through recruitment marketing solutions. This remote role offers uncapped earning potential and a collaborative team environment.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through close and campaign launch, partnering with Client Success Managers to optimize client campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of inside sales experience, with B2B sales preferred.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling skills with confidence initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Ability to uncover client needs and recommend consultative, solution‑based offerings.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals in a performance‑driven environment.
• Experience with digital marketing or recruitment is a plus.
• Tech‑savvy with experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
• Competitive, resilient, self‑motivated, and highly organized.
• Strong follow‑through and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Team‑oriented and comfortable balancing individual accountability with collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business through consistent prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and virtual meetings.
• Build relationships with small and mid‑sized businesses nationwide.
• Uncover client hiring challenges and recommend recruitment marketing solutions aligned to their needs.
• Sell solutions across SEO, SEM, Social Media, OTT/CTV, Display Advertising, and more.
• Manage your own book of business, including closing new business, upselling, and re‑engaging past clients.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue goals.
• Partner with Client Success Managers to launch, support, and optimize recruitment campaigns.
• Deliver a strong client experience from the initial conversation through ongoing partnership.
• Track activity, opportunities, pipeline, and performance using Salesforce.
• Consistently work toward and exceed sales and activity goals.
