Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years inside sales experience.
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
• Ability to uncover client needs and propose consultative solutions.

• Experience with digital marketing or recruitment is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with CRM familiarity (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Build relationships with nationwide SMBs.
• Identify client hiring challenges and recommend recruitment marketing solutions.
• Sell across SEO, SEM, social media, OTT/CTV, and display ads.
• Manage a book of business: close, upsell, and re-engage clients.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Client Success to launch and optimize campaigns.
• Deliver a strong client experience from first contact to ongoing partnership.
