Job summary

LocaliQ, part of the USA TODAY Network, seeks an Inside Sales / Account Advisor for a fully remote, high-activity sales role. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging small and mid-sized businesses with a broad portfolio of digital and traditional marketing solutions.

You'll manage a busy pipeline in Salesforce, conduct virtual meetings, and hit revenue goals while benefiting from onboarding, training, and career development in a nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of sales experience, with B2B or high-activity sales strongly preferred.
• Confidence with outbound prospecting and engaging new clients.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects and clients.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
• Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
• Interest or exposure to digital marketing is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and grow existing accounts through 50+ outbound calls per day and consistent prospecting.
• Conduct virtual client meetings to uncover business needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Prospect for new business while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Recommend and sell bundled, multi-channel marketing solutions based on client goals.
• Present marketing solutions across areas such as SEM, SEO, Social Media, YouTube, OTT/CTV, Display, Websites, and more.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process and consistently work toward revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline information, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams on creative assets and campaign set-up to help ensure a successful post-sale experience.
• Consistently meet activity expectations and performance goals in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
