• Minimum of two years inpatient records coding experience.
• Detailed oriented and accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Review records and code with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT-4 according to coding guidelines.
• Code inpatient, observation, outpatient, and ED records as applicable.
• Validate DRG assignments using DRG references.
• Maintain data accuracy in the database.
• Support performance improvement and department goals.
