Wpromote, a leading digital marketing agency, seeks an Associate Director, Influencer & Creator Marketing to lead a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will drive strategy, oversee campaigns, and mentor a growing team while delivering measurable business impact.

This remote-first role offers collaboration across LA and NYC hubs, with opportunities to travel for key client work and internal initiatives. Candidates should have strong leadership and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in influencer/creator marketing with hands-on ownership of complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across influencer/creator accounts and ensure high standards.
• Coach and lead by example, guiding team members on complex client challenges.
• Directly manage enterprise-level clients and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop full-funnel influencer/creator strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs.
• Oversee onboarding of new accounts and major campaign workstreams for smooth handoffs.
• Interface with clients on escalated needs and present clear recommendations.
• Use data to identify insights, forecast opportunities, and translate results into executive-ready stories.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader plans.
