Wpromote is seeking an Associate Director, Influencer & Creator Marketing to provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of client accounts. You will combine deep influencer expertise with team leadership, quality control, and senior client counsel to ensure programs are sharp, sound, and measurable.

The role oversees complex campaigns, guides paid amplification and creator-content integration, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver full-funnel results.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of influencer and creator marketing experience within an agency and/or in-house environment.
• At least 1 year of people-management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-level programs across multiple brands, regions, or stakeholders.
• Strong end-to-end campaign operations knowledge including creator discovery, outreach, contracting, and reporting.
• Excellent client-service, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and quality control across a portfolio of influencer and creator accounts.
• Coach and guide team members through account management and campaign QA processes.
• Directly manage enterprise-level client relationships and develop scope for growth.
• Lead full-funnel influencer and creator strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
• Guide creation of performance reports and executive-ready storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader plans.
