Wpromote seeks an Associate Director, Influencer Marketing to lead strategic and operational efforts across a portfolio of client accounts. You will blend influencer expertise with leadership, quality control, and senior client counsel to deliver programs that move the needle.

You will guide cross-functional teams, shape full‑funnel influencer strategies, and ensure programs drive measurable business impact while maintaining high standards of client service and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of influencer and creator marketing experience within an agency and/or in-house environment.
• At least 1 year of people-management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-level programs across multiple brands, regions, or stakeholder groups.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic oversight and quality control across a portfolio of influencer and creator accounts.
• Lead and coach team members; manage account guidance and QA processes.
• Directly manage a book of enterprise-level clients and build trusted relationships.
• Develop full-funnel influencer and creator strategies rooted in client objectives and KPIs.
• Guide creator discovery, outreach, negotiation, and content review across campaigns.
• Oversee onboarding of new accounts and major campaign workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader plans.
