  • Potential to directly manage team members, including regular performance conversations, development planning, and career pathing.
  • Managing a select book of enterprise-level clients directly, serving as a senior strategic partner and building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Leading the development of full-funnel influencer and creator strategies rooted in client business objectives, audience insights, cultural relevance, creative opportunity, platform behavior, and measurable KPIs.

  • Partnering with Paid Social, Performance Creative, Brand and Experiential, Client Strategy, Analytics, Paid Search, Programmatic, Affiliate, and other teams to integrate influencer and creator marketing into broader plans.
  • Guiding paid amplification and creator-content integration strategies, including usage rights, allowlisting/partnership ads, creative testing, and the handoff of creator assets into paid media workflows.
  • Supporting the operational and financial health of assigned accounts and teams, including scopes, budgets, fee considerations, forecasting, billing inputs, staffing, and utilization.
