Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Director, Client Strategy (Media Director) to lead senior client relationships and translate business objectives into cohesive, full‑funnel marketing strategies across the integrated media ecosystem. You will own account health, guide cross‑functional teams, and drive measurable growth while strengthening long‑term partnerships.

You will design media mix, lead executive engagements such as QBRs, and mentor channel leads, ensuring alignment with SOWs and enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in media, marketing strategy, or integrated client leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑channel accounts with full‑funnel ownership.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting and profitability oversight.
• Ability to lead executive‑level client conversations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of attribution models, MMM, and media mix across channels.
• Experience translating objectives into integrated media, creative, and data strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational leadership with strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead and primary business owner across a portfolio of accounts.
• Design multi‑channel strategies across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and more.
• Translate KPIs and growth goals into structured media investment frameworks.
• Lead executive‑level client engagements including QBRs and annual planning.
• Identify growth opportunities and partner with Business Development on new opportunities.
• Own account health metrics: retention, revenue growth, profitability.
• Ensure deliverables meet strategic standards and align with SOWs.
• Partner with Analytics to operationalize MTA, MMM, incrementality testing, and advanced measurement frameworks.
• Drive test‑and‑learn roadmaps that unlock performance gains.
• Bridge media, analytics, creative, and client leadership for seamless execution.
• Mentor channel teams and elevate planning rigor across the org.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to guide client evolution.
